Cosmic Content Club – 3-Month Membership Giveaway

By entering or participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway is open to people who attend the 12/17 4 PM ET Cosmic Content Club open house live.

  • Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must attend the Cosmic Content Club open house live. They must be present at the time of the giveaway drawing to win.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive three (3) months of access to the Cosmic Content Club.

  • The prize:

    • Has no cash value

    • Is non-transferable

    • May not be substituted or exchanged

  • The 3-month access period begins on January 5, 2026 and expires automatically at the end of the term on March 31, 2026.

5. Membership Terms

  • The giveaway provides temporary access only and does not include automatic renewal.

  • At the end of the 3-month period, continued access requires a paid membership.

  • The winner is not obligated to continue with a paid membership after the giveaway period ends.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified during the Zoom meeting and details will be sent to them after via email.

7. Community Guidelines & Conduct

  • The winner must comply with all community guidelines, rules, and terms of service while participating in Cosmic Content Club.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access without compensation if the winner violates community rules or engages in disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

8. No Guarantee of Results

  • Participation in Cosmic Content Club does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, or success.

  • The community provides educational content, resources, and discussion only. Implementation and results are the responsibility of the participant.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Schreckengost Creative, Scribbled Sage, and the Cosmic Content Club, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond our control.

10. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will not sell or share your information with third parties.

11. Platform Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Zoom, or any other platform used to promote the giveaway.

12. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise that compromise fairness or integrity.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
