    Giveaway Terms & Conditions

    By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older and meet the eligibility described in the giveaway post—specifically small business owners, creators, podcast hosts, bloggers, and similar content-driven brands. Entrants must have sufficient existing content available for repurposing to qualify. One entry is available per person, creator, or business.

    2. Entry Period: The giveaway opens at 7:00 PM Eastern on Tuesday, July 8, and closes at 10:00 AM Eastern on Thursday, July 10. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

    3. How to Enter: Follow the instructions provided in the giveaway post. Incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified at the discretion of Schreckengost Creative.

    4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a complimentary content repurposing session valued at $400. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.

    5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random (via the all-knowing wheelofnames.com) and contacted via email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected. Winner will be emailed Thursday afternoon Eastern time!

    6. Prize Redemption: We will work together to schedule the strategy call at a time that works for both parties, however it must be scheduled prior to August 31, 2025. The Mini Recycle package will be delivered after the strategy call at a time agreed to by both parties, no later than 30 days following the strategy call.

    7. Publicity + Content Use: By entering, you grant Schreckengost Creative permission to use your name, handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway. You also agree that the final repurposed content created during the session may be shared in Schreckengost Creative’s portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies. Additionally, Schreckengost Creative may share behind-the-scenes or progress content during the creation process, including drafts, clips, or strategy insights, for educational or promotional purposes.

    8. Not Affiliated with Other Platforms: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Squarespace, or any other platform used for entry.

    9. General Conditions: Schreckengost Creative reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time. Entrants who do not meet the stated criteria or attempt to manipulate the process may be disqualified.

    10. Limitation of Liability: Schreckengost Creative is not responsible for technical issues, entries not received, or any issues that may arise from accepting the prize.
